We use a screw and cold-weld polyurethane adhesive process like that of the prestige car market.
The cold-weld corners have over 180kg/cm2 (2600 lbs per square inch) of holding power, stronger than traditional welded gates.
We use a powder coating process which gives a superior and more durable paint finish over other processes.
It’s guaranteed to keep colour to within 2 pan-tones over 15 years for all architectural finishes.
